ISF World Schools Championship Beach Volleyball 2017

Small island, big event.

Young boys and girls from 16 countries (France, New Caledonia, Israel, Vanuatu, French Polynesia, Slovenia, USA, Latvia, Chile, Germany, Poland, Brazil, China, Italia, Serbia, India) have gathered in Papeete (French Polynesia) from May the 26th to June the 3rd to compete in the World Schools Championship Beach Volleyball 2017.

Besides competing on the international level, boys and girls from all around the world had a unique chance to meet new cultures and make new friendships – not only during the cultural day but throughout the whole event.

The event was organized by the International School Sport Federation and French Polynesian School Sport Federation. French Polynesia is a small island with big dreams: its size doesn’t determine the scale of the events it hosts, and now it managed one of the biggest School Sport events!

The International School Sport Federation encourages and promotes “education trough sport” respecting values such as friendship, fair play and youth. ISF events are supported by Ferrero’s corporate social responsibility project called Kinder Joy of moving, which aims to promote active life styles among young generations, and operates through the numerous partnerships implemented with sports Federations.
