Colombia
Joy of moving in Colombia continued to expand through a dual approach that combines school-based implementation with institutional and community activations. The program has been deployed in partnership with the Ministry of Education through full local roll-outs, while also broadening its visibility and stakeholder engagement through public activations with government entities and high-visibility events. This approach has allowed Ferrero not only to deliver structured impact for children and teachers, but also to strengthen institutional relationships and position Joy of moving as a relevant platform for engagement with public sector stakeholders.
Dual Strategy
• School-Based Implementation:
In partnership with the Ministry of Education, Joy of moving has been implemented through full local deployments, bringing the methodology directly into educational settings and strengthening teacher's capacity to promote movement and active learning.
• Community and Institutional Activations:
The program has also expanded beyond schools through activations with the Bogotá Secretary for Women under the Buses del Cuidado initiative, where Ferrero delivered fan zone experiences and activities for children. In parallel, Joy of moving gained visibility through Ferrero’s participation in the Giro d’Italia, which served as a platform to raise awareness of the program and engage key stakeholders from the new government, including the Minister of Sport.
