On January 22nd and 23rd the 38th edition of Skiri Trophy XCountry took place at The Cross Country Stadium of Lago di Tesero, in Val di Fiemme, Italy.

An edition that saw the participation of 700 young skiers from various countries ready to challenge each other and have fun on the Olympic slope of Lago di Tesero. The races of the Under 10 (Baby) and Under 12 (Cuccioli) took place on Saturday, January 22nd, while the Under 14 (Ragazzi) and Under 16 (Allievi) races started the following day.

Two days of competitions marked by fun and fair play on and off the slopes, where the young people involved were able to play, make new friends and live moments of joy together on the snow.

As always, Kinder Joy of moving awarded the young athlete who distinguished themselves for correctness in the race, in terms of fair play, honesty and integrity with the Kinder Joy of moving Fair Play Trophy.

For the last four years Kinder Joy of moving has been supporting Skiri Trophy XCountry: we collaborate and share the same values, to create an ideal opportunity for young athletes from all over the world to meet, interact and, of course, enjoy sport and movement together.

The Skiri Trophy is not only about races, but also sport and fun: the right combination of hard work, friendship and values. We found a positive energy at the stadium that allows us all to start again with a great desire to restart. We are proud to collaborate with Joy of moving because it shares the same values of joy and fun, trying to transmit to these kids not only sport and the desire to compete, but also respect and community.” says Nicoletta Nones, Coordinator of the Skiri Trophy Organizing Committee

The edition was held in full compliance with current anti-covid safety regulations thanks to the constant commitment of the organizers and participants.
