Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy 2021: the international tournament that makes kids grow is… more than a trophy!

The Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy is now in its fifth edition.
Dedicated to kids born between 2009 and 2012 will see, also for this edition, the participation of 13 countries. Young tennis players will meet in over 150 local tournaments, to have fun together in the name of friendship, sharing and fair play, towards the International Master that will be held in November at the Rafa Nadal Sports Center.

The 2021 edition of Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy is very much awaited, due to the forced stop of the last edition, according to general regulations concerning Covid-19 emergency, that did not allow to play the final at the International Master. The tournament is now ready to start in 9 countries, being already started in Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary and Austria.

Always paying attention to local sanitary protocols and social distancing, the tournament promises to be also this year full of great emotions and moments to be shared with players, parents and special guests. This edition is “More than a Trophy”, testifying once again the uniqueness of the tournament itself which highlights the absence of umpires as a way to learn integrity, the focus on fair play with the assignment of the exclusive and unique Fair Play Trophy, the participation of parents not only as spectators, but as active players and the many occasions for young players to have fun, inside and outside the tennis court. For all these reasons the Tennis Trophy is different from other tournaments (it’s “More than a Trophy”, indeed) and will be communicated, in 2021, as an edition where everything – emotions, feelings, gestures – is amplified, contributing positively to children growth.

The ambassador of the event will be the tennis player Jo-Wilfried Tsonga: the French champion will witness the importance of an active lifestyle, in line with Joy of moving values, as a role model for all the kids involved in the tournament.

The Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy was invented in Italy in 2006 by the former tennis player Rita Grande in collaboration with Kinder Joy of moving. In 2017 the tournament opened to other countries, helping to promote an active lifestyle among younger generations also at an international level.
