Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy

Kinder Joy of moving
Tennis Trophy 2020 is back on the courts

The fourth edition of the Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy 2020 which is reserved for children born between 2008 and 2011, started again on June 29 in Italy and later on also in Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary and Principality of Monaco, to delight its young participants with many emotions, all united by a shared passion for tennis with a great desire to experience moments of sport, friendship, fair play and fun.

The Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy 2020 will end with the International Master, that will be held in November 14-17, at the Rafael Nadal Sport Center. The event will be attended by all players from 14 countries (Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Ukraine and Hungary).

After the enforced break of the last few months, the Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy 2020 represents a unique opportunity to celebrate the Joy of moving, with the same winning formula as always: the matches will be played without umpires in order to make the young players experience a sport which is fair towards their opponents and that aims to value self-confidence and trust in others, inclusion, respect for the opponent and friendship.

In line with this concept, at the end of each tournament, the young tennis players who have distinguished themselves for sportiness, will be awarded with the Fair Play Trophy.

The 2020 edition will see once again the participation of a well-known protagonist: Ivan "Ljubo" Ljubičić as the event ambassador. The former number 3 in the ATP world ranking will share the values of the Kinder Joy of moving project with all the kids involved in the project.

The Kinder Joy of moving Tennis Trophy project started in Italy in 2006 from an idea of the former tennis player Rita Grande in collaboration with Kinder Joy of moving. In 2017 it spread internationally to help promote an active lifestyle among younger generations.
